Long-Time
Colleague Passes Away
Michael
Ingall, MD, a long-time member of the Rhode Island Psychiatric
Society, died Thursday, August 12, 2004 at the Miriam Hospital.
Dr. Ingall
was a graduate of Harvard College and the Chicago Medical
School. A Distinguished Life Fellow, Dr. Ingall first joined
RIPS in 1970, becoming active in Society activities. In addition
to his membership in RIPS, Dr. Ingall was a member of Temple
Emanu-El, the Providence Singers, and Physicians for Social
Responsibility.
Dr. Ingall
is survived by his wife, Carol; his mother; a son and daughter;
two sisters; and a granddaughter.
Contributions
in memory of Dr. Ingall may be made to Miriam Hospital, Temple
Emanu-El, or Whitmarsh House.
